Standardising induction and ongoing training programmes group-wide.Centralising training records and matrixes.Implementing and tracking all that is associated with the above on an ongoing basis.Research, investigation incorporation and dissemination of the latest evidence-based practice, in context with each unique service in the group.Mandating and facilitation of NVQ\''s level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care for the Care staff teams.Delivery/facilitation of all mandatory training and associated record-keeping and being the group go-to person, for all training and professional development needs.Signposting further opportunities for professional development.Qualifications / Requirements
