Reactive Service Engineer London £33K - £39K per annum Our client is seeking an experienced Reactive Service Engineer to join a well-established team in London. This is a field-based role primarily focused on reactive callouts, breakdowns, fault finding and repairs. You will attend customer sites to support with developed faults, diagnosing problems and carrying out repairs to restore equipment to safe and reliable operation. You will: Attend reactive service calls and breakdowns at customer sites Diagnose and repair faults Carry out electrical and mechanical fault finding Inspect motors, sensors, safety devices, control equipment and mechanical components Identify worn, damaged or faulty parts and complete repairs or replacements where possible Ensure equipment is left safe, operational and compliant following attendance Carry out door safety checks in accordance with relevant standards and procedures Investigate incidents and customer complaints Complete mandatory safety and operational tests following service calls Identify opportunities for repairs, modernisation and equipment upgrades Provide customers with clear information regarding faults, repairs and any additional work required Provide technical support to customers and colleagues when required Accurately complete service reports, job documentation and paperwork using a company tablet Maintain appropriate van stock, tools and replacement components Take responsibility for company vehicle, uniform and PPE Follow ..... full job details .....
