The Role Manage a portfolio of properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. Coordinate repairs and maintenance, working with contractors to ensure issues are dealt with efficiently. Manage tenancy renewals, rent-related matters and the end-of-tenancy process, including deposits. Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, resolving queries and delivering a consistently high level of service.
