As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in evaluating the quality of buildings and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will provide expert advice on repairs, maintenance, and restoration options, while also participating in the development of both new and existing buildings. During the graduate programme, you will gain hands-on experience with a wide range of activities within the UK and potentially across Europe, from conducting building surveys and preparing schedules of condition, to managing dilapidations and construction projects. You will also attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and much more.By joining our Building Consultancy team, you will be involved in the full life cycle of buildings. Our programme aligns with the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) pathway through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, setting you on a path to achieving chartered status by the end of the programme. Our non-rotational approach ensures you develop specialized expertise within the Building Surveying division.Our 2-year graduate programme offers a dynamic blend of learning and real-world experience, giving you an in-depth understanding of the commercial real estate sector and a head start in your professional journey.
