Business Skills:

Experience with ISeriesAccess for WINS (Wheatley Insurance System) on an AS400 platform, specifically with the Policy Administration Process.General knowledge of binding, billing, claims, and regulatory reporting.Understanding of different WINS working environments.Strong knowledge of Workers'' Compensation Policy Insurance.Strong knowledge of Workers'' Compensation Regulatory Reporting as per WCIO.Knowledge of various DCOs (Data Collection Organizations) requirements for regulatory reporting.Knowledge of other WINS products for policy binding and insurance, e.g., Automobile, General Liability.Knowledge of ISO Regulatory Reporting for various lines of business, for both policy and claims generated from WINS.Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Experience with WCIO / WCPOLS manuals, understanding record layouts used for reporting transaction codes, record types, and endorsement forms.Familiarity with BABOK.Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders, follow the SDLC lifecycle, and deploy into production, including creating BRDs.Ability to resolve business issues and understand policy transaction coding and issuance for various WINS products.Experience in driving multi-step processes to attain approval from NJCRIB for electronic file submissions for Proof of Coverage, matching data exactly with hard copy policies.Technical Skills:

Experience with WINS policy admin files and AS400 commands.Strong SQL knowledge for querying databases.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.Understanding of COBOL is a plus.Methodology:

Waterfall methodology.Knowledge of WC policy rating, algorithms for earned premium calculations.Understanding data mapping from policies to WCPOLS files for reporting.Ability to resolve production issues in WCPOLS, identify system abends, and reasons for fines from WC rating bureaus.Regards,Rachanarachana@falconsmartit.com
