Reporting to our Head of Compliance and Building Safety, our Compliance Lead - Service, manages and supports team members to ensure consistent, effective service delivery.It leads gas and electrical compliance across all properties, providing specialist advice, overseeing contractors, and maintaining accurate compliance data. It also advises on regulatory changes and helps embed a strong safety-first culture.In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities. What do our Compliance Lead - Service do; Act as the organisation''s competent person for gas and electrical safety, ensuring full compliance with statutory and industry regulations across all properties. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies, policies, and procedures for gas servicing, safety checks, repairs, CO alarms, void processes, electrical inspection/testing (EICR), remedials, and associated compliance workflows.
