We are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our established team. Reporting to our Head of Compliance and Building Safety, our Compliance Lead will lead and develop a team while maintaining oversight of wider staff to ensure consistent, high-quality compliance processes and service delivery. They will be responsible for managing and continuously improving asbestos, legionella and LOLER compliance, providing technical expertise, ensuring accurate data and reporting, monitoring contractor performance, and supporting a safety-first culture in line with evolving regulatory standards.
