Accenture Song seeking an Engagement Strategy Director to join our London-based global team, who will be responsible for supporting the development of data-rich, behavior-shaping engagement solutions to deliver better customer experiences for our life sciences clients. The role involves working with our full strategy, account, creative and production teams to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.What You Will Do
Work as a part of an integrated strategy team to proactively propose HCP and patient engagement solutions to help clients achieve relevant customer experiences while aligning to client goals and business challenges, shaping their data and intelligence gathering architecture, and their capacity to introduce viable solutions into the marketplaceServe in client-facing capacity for omnichannel programming and content/channel integrationContribute to data and intelligence gathering efforts (including 1st party data) that uncover opportunities, and pinpoint how these can be used to enhance the customer\''s overall experience with the brandTranslating historical analytics and performance reports into meaningful recommendations to optimise campaigns “on-the-fly” as well as input into future campaign strategiesRemove the mystery on the translation from facts and information to ideas and impactEnsure that engagement and content solutions developed by strategic planning, account, production, and creative teams are properly integrated within larger marketing programs aligned to drive customer experienceCollaborate with executional teams during the development of projects to ensure strategies are pulled through effectively during development and handoffContribute to the development of cross-channel measurement plans and KPIs and develop recommendations and approaches based on performance analyticsContribute to the success in achieving digital, social, and innovation fluency across the agency as a wholePartner with the broader strategy team to contribute to the development of pitches, proposals and POVs, strategies, and tactical programs that satisfy the business goals of our healthcare clients and beyondContinually educate internal teams and our clients on the vital role insights play to being critical to growth and successDrive ideas from data to conceptual platforms to deployment that drive business resultsStay up-to-date on market trends, societal shifts, and strategic initiatives in health and wellness and across other key verticals, promoting innovative and acting as an ongoing evangelist for alternative approachesFacilitate workshops to develop groundbreaking experience led strategies and programs with clientsSupport the development of CRM and Omnichannel planning with support from brand/content strategy and analytics teamsFacilitate service introduction and change confirmation focusing on market opportunitiesQualifications
7+ year of experience working in Digital, CX or Engagement Strategy at a creative agencyExperienced in life sciences marketing, including both HCP and patientStrong analytical skillsExpert in engagement channels and technology widely used in Life SciencesImpeccable written and verbal communication skillsAbility to tell a simple story visually and verbally behind a strong strategic point of viewA drive to elevate thinking and the workA curious mentalityThe desire to be greatSeniority level
