You will work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams to implement consistent behaviour management strategies and contribute to personalised behaviour support plans. A key part of the role is building strong, trusting relationships with students, acting as a positive role model while promoting self-regulation, motivation, and engagement.
