Your RoleAs a Behaviour Mentor in Northampton, you will: Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils who need routine and reassuranceSupport students with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategiesWork collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teamsHelp pupils develop confidence, independence, and resilience in and out of the classroom What We''re Looking For At least 1 year''s experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or challenging behaviourExperience from backgrounds such as sports coaching, youth work, social care, early years, mentoring, or education supportA calm, patient, and resilient approach, with a genuine passion for helping young people succeed Why Work with Hays Education?
