Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to support strategic business decisions. Lead, motivate and develop the finance, payroll and HR administration team. Coordinate and deliver the annual financial planning process. Prepare and review budgets, forecasts and management accounts. Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide financial support and evaluation for business development initiatives and investment proposals. Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the business.
