Mechanical Project Manager

The Opportunity

We are currently working with a well-established, award-winning M&E contractor with a strong presence across London and an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality building services projects.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team and work across a portfolio of prestigious commercial fit-out projects in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong technical reputation, established client relationships and a growing project portfolio.

The Role

• Leading mechanical project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
• Coordinating mechanical design, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Working closely with project, design and commercial teams.
• Monitoring programme, quality and technical delivery.
• Attending design and progress meetings.
• Coordinating commissioning and handover.
• Resolving technical issues and ensuring projects remain on programme.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

You should have:

• Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on fit-out projects.
• Strong mechanical building services knowledge.
• Experience working for an M&E contractor or main contractor.
• Experience taking projects through to completion and handover.
• Strong technical and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A professional approach with a strong focus on quality and delivery.
