We are currently looking for an experienced Pastry Chef for a 5 star hotel located in Ascot. As Pastry Chef you will work within the pastry team creating exciting desserts, afternoon teas and sweet treats for the hotels various outlets.

The PersonThe Pastry Chef have:Previous pastry experience in a 4 or 5 star environmentHigh standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.Have a thorough understanding of health and safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchenHave a passion for fresh food and good attention to detailBe driven and willing to mentor junior chefsHave the confidence to create and be innovativeLeadership skillsStrong communicator with good interpersonal skills
