Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the Youth Justice Service with London Borough of Lambeth. Team Manager - Youth Justice Service - 43.70 - 45.20 p/h Umbrella Duties and Responsibilities: Provide operational leadership and management within the Youth Justice Service. Manage, supervise, and support a team of practitioners delivering youth justice interventions. Oversee assessments, interventions, and risk management plans in line with statutory youth justice frameworks. Ensure high-quality practice, compliance with national standards, and adherence to statutory timescales. Quality assure casework, reports, and court documentation. Support effective partnership working with police, courts, probation, education, and health services. Contribute to service development, performance management, and inspection readiness. Promote a child-first, trauma-informed, and restorative approach to youth justice practice.
