Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Assessment Team for Lambeth Council. Duties and Responsibilities: Undertaking Child and Family Assessments in accordance with statutory legislation and local procedures. Responding to new referrals and completing Section 17 and Section 47 enquiries. Carrying out risk assessments and implementing safeguarding plans where necessary. Working closely with partner agencies to ensure effective information sharing and coordinated intervention. Managing a varied caseload within a fast-paced assessment environment. Preparing clear, analytical reports for meetings and court proceedings where required.
