Job Title: Customer Service AdministratorLocation: Borehamwood (Fully Office-Based) Salary: £28,000 per annum Contract: Full-time Maternity Cover until July 2027 (with potential to become permanent) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week, 30-minute lunch)About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and collaborative team. It offers excellent exposure across customer service, administration, and operational support, making it a great opportunity to develop your career.Key Responsibilities Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and written correspondenceProcessing sales orders, returns, dispatches, and invoicesPreparing quotations and checking product pricing and availabilityHandling customer queries, including complaints and invoice discrepanciesSupporting inventory and stock management, including reporting and backordersAssisting with import/export administration and related documentationLiaising with internal departments, including warehouse and operations teamsMaintaining accurate records, systems, and documentationProviding general administrative support across the business as required About You Previous experience ..... full job details .....
