Permanent People and Culture Manager Based in Milton Keynes - Hybrid £50,000 - £60,000 paOur client offer a welcoming and inclusive environment. They are seeking a dynamic and driven People and Culture Manager to join their team. As the key leader of the team, you will play an essential role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, managing day-to-day HR operations, and supporting the full employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and processes that align with our business goals and values, while contributing to the development of a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance with employment law. Act as a point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from both employees and management. Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring privacy and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and legal requirements, including carrying out right to work checks, referencing and necessary auditing and reporting. Manage HR, Engagement and Learning systems and tools to streamline workflows, enhance HR reporting capabilities and ensuring proactive usage across the business.
