Support Worker Location: PorthcawlSalary: £14.06 per hourTwo Positions AvailableHours: 22 hours per week / 33 hours per week The family and care team of a young man, with visual impairment and severe learning difficulties, who can at times present challenging behaviour, are looking for a compassionate and conscientious individual to join the team. A unique residential care service, dedicated and tailored to this individual in the family home, they provide a range of care and support services for him. Their main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match his needs.They are seeking to recruit a great new support worker; with a positive attitude, to work in the unique and bespoke service they provide could this be you?You don t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need specific qualifications providing you have a strong work ethic, they are happy to work with you and offer training to help you become an excellent support worker.
