They are a well-established and respected business, and they are now looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional to be the operational owner of their development and take pride in its performance, presentation and resident experience. Success in this role means creating a building that is well run, well maintained and compliant; where residents receive an excellent and responsive service; where issues are identified and resolved proactively; and where operational performance, costs and standards are managed effectively. You will work closely with the head of property operations, lettings partners, contractors and other teams, while retaining day-to-day ownership and accountability for the successful operation of their development.
