About the Role:You''ll be joining a dedicated
Work and Public Place Injury (WPPI)
team focused on securing the best outcomes for clients who''ve suffered injuries in the workplace or public environments. Working with experienced Solicitors and Paralegals, you''ll manage a caseload of both pre-litigation and litigated matters from initial instruction to resolution or proof.
You''ll be involved in:Assessing case viability and conducting initial consultationsManaging a range of personal injury claims from enquiry through to litigationRepresenting clients in negotiations, mediation''s, and court proceedingsDrafting legal documents and conducting legal researchAdvising clients on legal processes and outcomesMentoring and supporting junior team members
About You:Qualified Scottish Solicitor - NQ - 5 years PQEExperience in Sheriff Courts and All-Scotland Personal Injury CourtHave strong advocacy skillsExcellent knowledge of court procedures and case managementCompassionate, empathetic, and client-focused approachConfident working independently with appropriate supervisionStrong team player with good time management and attention to detailCommercially aware and results-oriented
