We are seeking a talented Solicitor to join a dynamic Work and Public Place Injury (WPPI) Team in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to clients’ lives while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.As a Solicitor within the WPPI team, you will handle a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigation claims. You will guide clients through the full life cycle of their cases—from initial enquiry to resolution, negotiation, and, where necessary, court proceedings.You will:Investigate complex factual and legal issues relating to work and public place injury claimsProvide clear advice and support to clients throughout the processRepresent clients in court, mediations, and settlement negotiationsWork collaboratively with Solicitors, Paralegals, and Legal AssistantsSupport and mentor junior team membersCandidates at all levels of post-qualification experience will be considered. Ideally, you will have experience in pursuing personal injury claims in the Sheriff Court, All Scotland Personal Injury Court, and Court of Session, including written and oral advocacy and instructing Counsel.What We’re Looking For:A practicing Scottish Solicitor with at least 1 year of experience in a personal injury roleExperienced in representing pursuers in personal injury matters in the Sheriff CourtsSkilled in advocacy, legal research, and drafting legal documentsClient-focused, compassionate, and able to build strong relationshipsProactive, flexible, and capable of working independently as well as part of a teamConfident using Microsoft Office and case management systemsWell-organised, commercially aware, and able to meet deadlines and targetsTo apply for this role, please send your CV or contact Emma Pringle at Iconic Resourcing for a confidential chat and further details.
