Vario is a practice group within Pinsent Masons which incorporates; Flexible Services, Consulting and Technology, Legal Project Management and Managed Legal Services (MLS). This role sits within our MLS team.As the Vario team grows, we are recruiting a Delivery Manager to support our MLS Delivery teams in ensuring that we are delivering a world class legal service to our practice groups and external clients.The role will support our engagement strategies with both sectors and groups and focus on the pastoral care and development of our legal delivery teams and their capabilities. The successful candidate will:• Line manage a team of paralegals focused on delivery of work to both Pinsent Masons, lawyers and external clients. This will include day to day supervision, training and development and management of direct reports• Supervise the delivery of legal services to end users• Service delivery management support on engagements as required.
