We have partnered with a specialist engineering consultancy delivering into a high-profile UK defence aviation programme and are seeking an SC Cleared Senior Systems Engineer to join an established team supporting complex, next-generation capability development. This role sits within a highly secure, multi-disciplinary environment focused on advanced air systems. You will play a key part in applying systems thinking across the full engineering life cycle, supporting the delivery of technically challenging and nationally significant work. You will be responsible for: Applying structured Systems Engineering methodologies to complex defence systems Supporting and managing elements of the systems engineering life cycle (V-model/Agile approaches) Requirements capture, decomposition, traceability and management Verification andamp; Validation planning and execution Development and maintenance of system models (MBSE where applicable) Stakeholder engagement and technical workshop facilitation Working within controlled service environments, with exposure to ITIL-based service management principles This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a long-term strategic defence programme operating at the forefront of UK air capability.
