Business Manager / Sales Controller
- £25,000 basic salary plus performance-related commission with a £42,500+ uncapped annual on-target-earnings.
- Personal company car.
- 31 days annual holiday allowance (any bank holidays worked you gain a day off in lieu to compensate for it) with your holiday allowance increasing over the length of service.

Our client requires a Business Manager / Sales Controller to join their successful sales department in the Cheltenham area
Working for an Automotive franchise approved car dealership, the successful Business / Sales Controller will become an integral cog in this volume Brand.
The Successful Business / Sales Controller can expect On Target Earnings of £42,500 with a base salary of £25,000.
The hours of work for this Business / Sales Controller role Monday to Saturday with one scheduled day off in the week and one in two Sundays.
Duties of a Business / Sales Controller for our Client
- Understanding all aspects of financial and insurance product regulation
- Monitoring Finance and Insurance performance against company budget
- Supporting the Car Sales staff on a daily basis
- Build a rapport with Customers
- Oversee the sales team through our client''s sales process ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with policies and procedures.
The successful Business / Sales Controller will
- Have a previous Business / Sales Controller experience within a Dealership environment
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- A proven Career History as a Business / Sales Controller – with figures to prove it
- Experience in managing and supporting a car sales team
- Ideally have similar business management/sales controller experience within a franchise approved dealer environment, be FCA accredited, and have a comprehensive understanding of financial legislation
