A leading Big 4 firm is looking to appoint a Senior Manager within its Real Estate Deals VAT team, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced VAT professional to join a market-leading practice.This is a highly advisory-focused role, working with major real estate investors, developers, funds and corporate clients on complex transactions and providing strategic VAT advice throughout the deal lifecycle.The RoleAs a Senior Manager, you will be involved in a broad range of real estate transactions and advisory projects, including:Advising on VAT implications of acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and developmentsProviding VAT due diligence and transaction supportAdvising on property transactions, financing and investment structuresSupporting clients with VAT structuring and planningManaging senior client relationships and delivering commercially focused adviceLeading projects and working closely with wider deal teams across tax and transactionsIdentifying business development opportunities and supporting the growth of the teamCoaching and developing junior members of the teamAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Strong UK VAT / Indirect Tax experienceSignificant experience advising on real estate and/or transactionsStrong technical VAT knowledge combined with a commercial approachExperience working directly with senior clients and stakeholdersStrong project management and team leadership skillsA track record of contributing to business developmentCTA ..... full job details .....
