This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded VAT professional to work on some of the UK and international market''s most complex and high-profile transactions.The team advises on the indirect tax implications of acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, refinancings, IPOs, carve-outs, demergers and international business separations. The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to work alongside leading tax, legal and transaction services professionals.The successful candidate will have particular responsibility for advising clients on the VAT implications of complex transactions and international carve-outs, providing practical, commercially focused advice throughout fast-moving deal environments.The RoleYou will:Advise companies, lenders and other stakeholders on VAT implications arising from complex transactions, restructurings, carve-outs and demergers.Lead and manage projects, ensuring high-quality technical advice and timely delivery.Provide day-to-day VAT advice and identify opportunities with internal business units and clients.Prepare VAT reports, technical deliverables and advice for submission to tax authorities.Support business development and build strong internal and external ..... full job details .....
