Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Location: Darlington Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Four day working week between Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour Job Overview:We are currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and supportive team based in Darlington. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and communication skills, looking for a role with consistent weekday hours. The position is initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:Handling incoming customer queries via phone and emailObtaining and processing Purchase Order (PO) numbersScanning and accurately filing documentationInvestigating and resolving customer issues efficientlyLiaising with internal departments to ensure smooth service deliveryMaintaining accurate records and updating systems Candidate Requirements:Previous experience in a customer service or admin-based roleConfident communication skills and a professional telephone mannerHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systemsAbility to work independently and prioritise workloadPositive attitude and willingness to learn Benefits: 12.21 per hour, paid weekly on a Friday4 days per week between Monday and Friday (Flexible) No weekendsSupportive team environmentTemp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate If you are interested ..... full job details .....
