As a New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and carrying out relevant property valuations and listings.New Business Development Manager Responsibilities

Carrying out Lettings valuations and listingsWork alongside our new business generation team to identify and maximize business opportunities (both within Lettings and other areas of the business)Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to faceWorking towards and achieving personal and department targetsBuilding strong relationships with local property ownersUnderstanding the local market and competitors activityMaintaining the Group’s Business Generation policy and maximizing all ancillary salesNew Business Development Manager Requirements:

Driven and competitive mindset to achieve required targetsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage a team to ensure targets are metStrong negotiation and communication skillsGood knowledge of the local property marketPrevious experience of working as a Lettings ValuerEnjoy working with the public over the phone and face to faceAmbitious and hardworkingMust hold a Full UK valid driving licenseOur offer to you:
