The role will provide structured coordination across legal workstreams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders, helping to manage project deliverables, risks, dependencies, decisions, and documentation throughout the transition. Main Responsibilities Support project planning, meeting preparation, action tracking, and follow-up across the corporate separation project Maintain project trackers, decision logs, risk and issue logs, dependency trackers, and other governance materials Coordinate legal workstreams including entity setup, contract transfers, amendments, contract recreation, and governance documentation Coordinate with external advisers, vendors, and service providers to monitor deliverables, timelines, and open actions Support stakeholder engagement across Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, IT, Retail, E-commerce, Operations, and senior management Prepare meeting notes, summaries, communications, and materials to support decision-making and ..... full job details .....
