Site Manager

Site Manager wanted for this leading developer who focus on building homes of the highest quality throughout the South East. They are now seeking a Site Manager for a new residential development they have in Brighton which when finished will consist of over 50 apartments.-

Working alongside a Project-Manager, the successful candidate will focus on managing all trades and ongoing works as the project progresses.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project-Manager in daily operations and coordination.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
• Assist with quality inspections, snagging, and handover documentation.
• Liaise with project stakeholders and provide progress updates.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a-Site Manager (or similar role).
• Strong understanding of brickwork and internals
• RC Frame experience preferred but not essential
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
