The key focus is strong L3 Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting experience within a corporate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Workspace Support (Core Focus)Provide Level 1-3 support across Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Calendar, etc.)Troubleshoot complex user, permission, integration, routing, and security issuesManage and optimise the Google Admin ConsoleConfigure compliance, security settings, SSO, and MDM integrationsMonitor system health and implement corrective actionsEnd User andamp; Device SupportSupport Mac (70%) and PC (30%) environments (OS andamp; iOS included)Install, configure and maintain laptops, workstations, printers, and mobile devicesPerform patching, system updates, and proactive endpoint maintenanceSupport AV conferencing equipment (Logitech andamp; Yealink)Incident andamp; Service ManagementLog, categorise and resolve incidents via ticketing systems ..... full job details .....
