Key Responsibilities

  Lead whole-class supervision across diverse subjects during short-term teacher absences

  Deliver high-quality, pre-planned lessons ensuring consistent pupil engagement

  Enforce behaviour management strategies aligned with the school''s policies to maintain a productive classroom atmosphere

  Provide timely and effective support to pupils, responding to queries and facilitating learning
