Duties include:Setting out on siteProject Planning and CoordinationCoordination with Subcontractors: Ensure that subcontractors are provided with the necessary information and materials to carry out their work on time. Liaise between the subcontractors.Supervision and ManagementSite Supervision: Supervise the day-to-day activities of subcontractors and direct labour to ensure compliance with the project schedule, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.Site Activities Monitoring: Monitor and report on the progress of work being executed by subcontractors, addressing any delays or issues in real time.Quality Control and AssuranceMaterial and Work Quality Check: Inspect the quality of work performed by subcontractors and ensure that materials are of the required standard and are being used properly.Compliance with Specifications: Ensure that all work done by subcontractors or direct labour is in accordance with the contract specifications.Health, Safety, and Environmental ManagementSafety Standards Compliance: Ensure all subcontractor activities are in compliance with the company''s health and safety policies and relevant legal requirements.Safety Audits and Risk Assessment: Conduct periodic safety audits and risk assessments of the worksite and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
