Vacancy Plant Operations Manager Location: ReFood Ltd, Widnes Business: The ReFood AD plants operate as integrated recycling units, processing a variety of food wastes to produce biogas, renewable electricity, heat and ReGrow (a nutrient-rich fertiliser for local farms). The plants also recycle the food waste packaging providing an environmentally sustainable solution for all waste producers looking for a safe method of diverting food waste from landfill. The Position An exciting opening has arisen for a Plant Operations Manager to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join an established and growing company that is committed to helping conserve natural resources and protect the environment. This is a full-time permanent position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. As a Plant Operations Manager, your duties and responsibilities will vary based on the Company s requirements but will include: To ensure on-site operations run to maximum efficiency to deliver required outputs. Work with the relevant management team/s to establish process and performance using KPI s and lead continuous improvements. To manage and maintain the site s resources including personnel, the plant and equipment on a daily basis.
