We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join a busy finance team in Belvedere on a temporary basis for approximately one month. This is a fully office-based role supporting the day-to-day running of the finance function. Key Responsibilities: Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner Matching purchase invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders Resolving invoice queries with suppliers and internal teams Managing the shared finance inbox and responding to queries Maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based records Monitoring customer accounts and assisting with credit control activities Chasing outstanding payments professionally Updating finance spreadsheets and internal records Supporting month-end administration and reporting Providing general administrative support to the finance team About You: Previous experience within finance, accounts, purchase ledger or administration Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills Confident communication skills and a professional approach Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ..... full job details .....
