The Role Working alongside the Registered Manager and wider management team, you will be responsible for ensuring services operate safely, effectively and in line with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities will include: Leading, supporting and supervising Support Workers, including recruitment, training, supervision and appraisals. Ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is consistently delivered. Developing and reviewing individual care and support plans. Promoting independence, choice, wellbeing and positive outcomes. Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, legislation and organisational policies. Building positive relationships with individuals, families, advocates and external professionals.
