An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Senior Associate to join an international firm seeking a Construction Lawyer for its top-tier practice in London. The team focuses on a broad range of UK contentious construction matters, acting for both private and public sector developers. Their experience spans all the major contract forms (JCT, NEC, ICE, FIDIC, PPC, and GC Works), as well as PFI and bespoke contracts.Experience required:Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales or a Common Law JurisdictionAt least 5 years’ PQE in contentious constructionExperience in all forms of dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration (domestic and international), and adjudicationKnowledge and experience of working with the leading standard form construction contracts in the UK, including JCT, FIDIC, and NECAbility to provide clear, practical adviceStrong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degreeHighly motivated and enthusiasticGet in touch without delay if this is of interest
