As a Residential Child Care Worker , you’ll be part of a close-knit team providing care, guidance, and emotional support to children and young people. You’ll help create a stable, nurturing environment where they can grow, learn, and achieve their potential.We’re looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, compassionate, and resilient; experienced in working with children and young people; and eager to develop through ongoing training and professional development.What’s it like working in our homes
