Project Manager - Infrastructure

Currently recruiting a permanent Project Manager who has infrastructure migration knowledge for an organisation in Harrogate. You will be responsible for managing and contributing to multiple projects of work whilst working closely with key business stakeholders and project teams to ensure delivery that meets expectations in terms of scope, time, cost and quality. Any experience with Wireless, WAN & LAN, VOIP would be ideal.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight and control of assigned projects
• Identify the appropriate delivery and project management approach
• Manage the change control procedure and ensure project deliverables are completed
• Development and refinement of the project idea and scope
• Co-ordination of communication to the core project team
• Engage with major stakeholders
• Produce project management documentation / artefacts - Plans, RAID, updates, governance
• Collect and use feedback from stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of mitigating risk and seeking continuous improvement
• Ensure risks and impacts are discussed and overcome with the relevant stakeholders
• Advise on technical recommendations
• Drive decision making during the project lifecycle

Key Skills

• Experience of managing customer relationships and issues
• Delivery VOIP, Wi-Fi, MPLS WAN, LAN or combinations of all services
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Demonstrate a structured project approach
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall  
• Detailed infrastructure migration knowledge
