The Role: Advising on, drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction contracts (JCT, NEC and others). Managing complex transactions and providing commercially astute advice Advising on procurement methods, development agreements, and related contractual structures Building and maintaining strong client relationships across developers, contractors, funders, housing providers and public bodies Supporting juniors and contributing to client training, seminars, and publications Requirements: Minimum 4 years PQE in non-contentious construction law gained in private practice Strong knowledge of JCT contracts (design and build, traditional, intermediate, minor works, measured term) Experience with NEC, FIDIC, or PPP/PFI contracts advantageous Commercial awareness and ability to hit the ground running in a busy, high-performing team Excellent drafting, communication ..... full job details .....
