This is a key role within the CEO Office, requiring excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMeeting and Event ManagementCoordinate and organise meetings, conferences and appointments with senior executives, department heads and external stakeholdersPrepare, collate and distribute meeting papers in advanceTake accurate notes, prepare and circulate minutes, and track action pointsArrange refreshments and meeting logisticsDiary and Administrative ManagementFull responsibility for managing and maintaining the CEO''s diarySchedule appointments and ensure diaries are kept up to date with accurate contact detailsRaise purchase orders, payment requests and stationery requests as requiredTravel ManagementArrange all aspects of business travel including flights, accommodation, car hire, parking and currencySupport visa arrangements and travel for non-staff members when requiredOffice and General SupportMaintain efficient filing systems for the CEOAct as first point of contact for telephone enquiries and visitorsProvide general office and hospitality supportSupport wider team members and assist ..... full job details .....
