Group Financial Controller London based Salary 100,000 - 120,000 + bonus and equity I am currently working with PE backed Digital Infrastructure company looking to bring in a Financial Controller and come and support the CFO. My client has recently been acquired and they are looking to grow massively over the next 4 - 5 years. You will be the joining the company at this early stage with the opportunity to build out the finance team. Some of responsibilities will include;Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and relevant regulatory requirements.Manage the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and other relevant taxes.Maintain and strengthen internal controls.Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to the senior leadership team.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance and identify areas for improvement.Provide financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, including capital expenditure projects and potential acquisitions.Produce regular reports for the PE investors.Built, lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Manage team performance and development, ensuring the team has the skills and resources to achieve its ..... full job details .....
