As part of their continued success, the appointment of the HR Advisor, in the Lancashire region, is critical in supporting the HR team in the next phased growth and direction of the company.The role is very fast paced and a great opportunity to provide essential support to the HRBP and wider HR and management teams with 1st line HR queries. Working closely with the HRBP, General Managers and senior leadership teams, you will ensure the day-to-day management and support is available to employees on-site. Seeking guidance from the HRBP or specialists as required to ensure the business operates in a safe, fair and consistent working manner. Due to the nature of the role, you will be expected to travel to a number of the company''s sites when required, (pool car provided), to meet and build relationships with the senior leadership teams to understand their requirements and support with a number of HR matters. Flexibility to travel is therefore needed.
