If you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at managing multiple priorities with precision, this could be your next great opportunity.Executive Assistant ResponsibilitiesThis position will involve, but will not be limited to: Managing complex diaries and scheduling meetings for senior executives across domestic and international locations.Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, with a proactive approach.Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence that support strategic decision-making.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, fostering effective communication.Supporting expense management, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate records.Assisting in document preparation, including drafting agendas, minutes, and business reports.Supporting ad hoc administrative projects to enhance operational efficiency. Executive Assistant Rewards Salary of £40,(Apply online only) per annum.Full-time, hybrid working role with three days in the office, including Mondays.25 days holiday per year, plus three days office closure between Christmas and New Year.Regular social events and opportunities for professional development.Free onsite parking and contributory pension scheme.Paid compassionate leave to support well-being and work-life balance.
