Access Creative College is the UK’s largest independent training provider for 16-18s in the creative industries. We deliver FE, Higher Education, and Apprenticeships across 32 campuses nationwide and support learners across a range of creative pathways. We are looking for a passionate educator to lead and inspire the next generation of creative talent within our London Curriculum Team.

What you’ll do

Support the Assistant Head with quality functions, such as walkthroughs and internal verification (IV).

Plan and deliver effective, well-structured course progress sessions.

Support individual students through impactful 1:1 progress reviews to build knowledge, skills and behaviours.

Deliver inspiring lessons with a proportional teaching caseload (average 14 hours per week).

Carry out fair and timely assessment in line with awarding body requirements.

Maintain accurate course documentation and learner records in line with quality assurance procedures.

Lead on meaningful enrichment and cross-curricular activities as directed by the Assistant Head.

Collaborate with the curriculum pathway team to deliver strong outcomes, including enrichment and cross-curricular activities.

Work closely with the ALS team to support students with SEND or those at risk.

Ensure effective and consistent parental engagement and timely management of student reporting and parent meetings.

Contribute to ongoing curriculum development and internal quality processes.
