We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator based in Bedfordshire for one of our clients on a Temp to perm part time basis. 

 Summary of the Administrator role 

Salary: £15 per hour 
Location: Bedfordshire 
Type of Contract: Temp to perm 
Hours: 15 hours per week – Tuesday – Friday 

Responsibilities of the Administrator

• Filing
• Scanning
• Emailing
• Raising invoices on Sage 50 accounts
• Using Microsoft Excel 
• Answering the telephone

Requirements for a successful Administrator

• Good customer service skills
• Organisation skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Dynamic and methodical
• Accounts/Finance experience beneficial
