A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Bracknell is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Teaching Assistant to join their team. This full-time role is ideal for graduates in Psychology, Counselling, Criminology, or Education, or anyone with a strong interest in supporting young people with mental health challenges and social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
You will be working with children aged 3 to 19, supporting their emotional regulation, learning, and mental wellbeing. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff, offering both 1:1 and small group support during lessons and interventions.

- Role: Mental Health Teaching Assistant
- Location: Bracknell
- Salary: -89100 per day
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:00pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Ideal for: Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology graduates OR anyone passionate about children''s mental health
- Experience: Preferred but not essential
As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant, you will support children during lessons and also help implement personalised support and behaviour plans. You will also work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team and build lasting, supportive relationships with students
