An exciting opportunity to lead the Trust''s adult services transformation portfolio, focusing on the Adult Patient Journey Programme, and support the SW London Integrated Care System (ICS) to deliver adult mental health priorities in its mental health strategy. This post is integral to the Strategy, Transformation and Commercial Development team in the Trust and will work closely with the three adult Service Lines. You will need to form strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to deliver work at pace internally and externally. The role requires good organisation and planning skills and experience in service redesign. You should understand how to engage stakeholders and ensure co-production is embedded. This will be a fast-paced role in a complex and changing environment and will suit someone who likes a challenge and enjoys working with and across a variety of organisations and people.

Responsibilities
Work across our three adult Service Lines and other colleagues to deliver the Trust-wide adult transformation programme, Adult Patient Journey.
Manage the programme across its workstreams, including through enabling programmes and collaboration with other transformation programmes, such as Children and Adult Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
Ensure the programme is effectively reported into Trust governance, including the Better Communities Information Group and others as required.
Act as a system leader to drive positive change for adults around mental health and wellbeing, delivering adult elements of the SW London MH strategy and the Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) theme of positive mental wellbeing.
Develop strong and effective relationships with colleagues across the ICS at system and place level, as well as South London Partnership and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.
Ensure the transformation programme is connected and aligned to system, place and SLP programmes of work, with stakeholder engagement, liaison and co-production embedded in the internal programme and broader system level programmes.
LocationTolworth Hospital, Surbiton. The site''s layout will be transformed in 2026 to add a number of wards to the existing three. Tolworth has a canteen and is near shops, the A3, Tolworth station, and is a bus ride from Surbiton station, with fast connections to Clapham Junction and London Waterloo.
