Head Of Sales

OverviewTF Solutions, part of the Travis Perkins Group, is seeking a Head of Sales for a National role with flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK.
Responsibilities
Lead and guide the External Sales Team to maximise effectiveness and ensure complete coverage throughout the UK.
Attain sales region and team sales and profit targets by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating sales professionals.
Cultivate strong relationships with key customers to boost sales opportunities and maintain direct contact with decision-makers.
Ensure regional account managers meet expectations by managing customers, following up on quotes and projects, using Sales Hub, and collaborating with branch and support teams.
Proactively build customer relationships and action plans, working with internal stakeholders to establish crucial business connections.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales management.
Driven by sales success, with a passion for achievement.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on active listening.
Capable of performing well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in sales, negotiation, prioritization, and organization.
Possess business acumen and knowledge of competitors.
Familiarity with the air conditioning, refrigeration, or heat pump market.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with a strong desire for success.
Able to set clear targets, handle challenging situations, and make decisive choices.
Customer-centric approach with the ability to engage with all key stakeholders.
