This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established desk while helping drive the growth of our temporary division within a supportive, energetic, and entrepreneurial environment.

The Role

As a Temporary Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and growing new and existing client relationships
• Winning new business through proactive sales activity
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing temporary workers
• Managing client and candidate relationships to ensure exceptional service
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates and opportunities
• Ensuring compliance and onboarding processes are completed efficiently
• Industrial, Transport & Logistics sector

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience within recruitment, ideally specialising in temporary placements
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• A motivated and target-driven approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Full UK driving licence preferred
